Once received, we'll issue your refund for the returned goods and send you a notification via email. This can take 3-5 working days from when we receive your parcel. (Please see below for expected transit times)
Return Policy FAQ's
We understand that sometimes the item/s you’ve ordered just aren't for you and you want to return these to us for a refund.
We happily accept returned items that are in their original condition, subject to the item/s being returned to us as per the rules below, please note these rules don’t affect your statutory rights:
· You generally have 28 days from the moment you place an order to return any unwanted items. We usually extend the returns period for Christmas presents.
· We understand that you’re going to try on your items as you would in a shop, however we are unable to accept items back which are damaged, worn, stained or in an unsuitable condition for resale. Original tags must still be attached to the item for us to accept your return. Please ensure you are not wearing makeup, deodorant, perfume/aftershave or tanning lotions when trying on your new items.
· All items are inspected upon return, if an item is deemed unsuitable to accept as a return we may have to return this item back to your default delivery address.
· There are a few items which we are unable to accept returns for hygiene reasons, if we are unable to accept this item back to ourselves this will be listed in the product description.

You will need your order number and the postcode from your delivery address to get started.
We will email you a returns form which needs to be printed and included inside your parcel.
The shipping label or QR code is available for download once you have finished the steps in the above link.
We happily accept returned items that are in their original condition, assuming the circumstances are adherent to our returns policy which you can read above.
When you drop your parcel off with your choice of courier, UK customers, please allow up to 5 working days for the parcel to reach us.
Once your parcel is received, we'll refund the amount for the returned goods and send you a notification via email. This can take 3-5 working days from the date we receive your parcel.
For customers outside of the UK, the transit time for your parcel to reach us will be determined by the shipping method you use.
Don’t forget to allow time for your parcel to reach us. Once it has, your refund should be returned to your account within 5 working days and we’ll send you an email to let you know it's on its way!
Refunds are sent back to the payment method that was used to pay for your order initially.
Clearance times can vary by bank but if you don't receive your refund and it's been 10 working days since you received our email confirming your refund details, then you'll need to contact our Customer Service team through your account or email hello@11degrees.com.
If you paid for your order by credit/instalments, please note that your agreement is with the finance company. Any refunds are sent to the credit provider, and you will receive confirmation from them of settlement of any outstanding finance and if there is any residual amount due back to you.
For customers in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland returns are free of charge.
For all other locations return postage costs are payable by the customer.
