We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1-2 working days. Once dispatched, the delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

• Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 2-4 working days after dispatch. Cost: £3.99 (or FREE on orders over £60).
• UK Express Shipping: Usually arrives within 1-2 working days after dispatch.Cost: £6.99.

Please Note: "Working days" are Monday through Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

We offer a 21-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return:

1. Email hello@11degrees.com with your proof of purchase.
2. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of inspection.
